Trading the Suburbs for the Skyline

There comes a time when "more space" no longer means more square footage—it means more experiences, more convenience, and more connection. For our clients, the move from their spacious suburban home to a luxury downtown condominium marked the beginning of an exciting new lifestyle.

Designed around the view, the condo's open, airy floor plan and expansive windows became the inspiration for the design. Soft neutral furnishings, warm wood finishes, and subtle pops of color create an inviting atmosphere that complement—not compete with—the architecture.

The living room offers clean-lined seating with sophisticated pops of teal and yellow, bringing warmth and personality without overwhelming the room. In the dining area, a round table encourages intimate gatherings while maintaining an open flow throughout the home. Contemporary artwork and sculptural lighting provide visual interest, adding layers of refinement to the minimalist architecture.

This transition wasn't simply about moving to a smaller home—it was about creating a home that aligns with a new chapter of life. Less time spent maintaining a house means more time enjoying restaurants, theatre, sporting events, and everything downtown has to offer.

Every move tells a story.

We're delighted to have helped our clients transition into a beautiful new home designed for their next adventure.
